Below are the job responsibilities: 1.Effective communication of targets to team executives and ensuring their action on the same. 2.Developing and nurturing relationship with new and existing clients. 3.Ensuring adequate enquiries and interest from the market with respect to assigned prospect base. 4.Allocation of prospect base to team members. 5.Developing proposals. 6.Achieving individual target. 7.Managing forecast projections. 8.Ensuring on-time reporting on business development activity as per defined formats at regular intervals. 9.Developing a strong understanding of client / prospect requirements and strategic objectives from the transaction. 10.Translating strategic objectives of the client into a Transaction Brief. 11.Maintaining strong relationships with Channel partners and appropriate teams within developer corporations to ensure strong market leverage. 12.Manage the entire transaction process including presentation and shortlist discussions. 13.Ensuring all exercises are implemented for all aspects of the transactions. 14.Coordinating with internal departments for resolution of client concerns. 15.Taking transaction to closure 16.Taking care of associate needs of events, stocks etc. 17.Creating all reports required by the client and management.
