1 Develop, Review and finalize Policies /Guidelines /Manual in consultation with the Managing partners 2 Address any queries, issues pertaining to implementation of policies 3 Handling all the Manpower Planning & recruitment activities- Short listing, Screening & Scheduling Interviews Maintaining the Resume Database 4 Manage manpower cost vis a vis profitability of the company, ensure most competitive resources are attracted in the budgeted cost 5 Ensure safety management and a grievances handling procedure as per the Industrial Disputes Act 6 Conduct HR interview round with Short listed candidate to assess fitment and share feedback 7 Design and propose Training Policy in consultation with Plant Head and get it approved by Managing Partners 8 Design the Training Calendar for Technical Training in consultation with the Departmental Heads 8 Sole custodian for maintaining the Organization Organogram, positions for all Plant 9 Liaison with respective government authorities to resolve labor issues and guide Plant Heads in its resolution 10 Review and approve processing of employee salaries and wages to Finance Department 11 Conduct Regular visits across plants to address any issues, escalations and grievances and also take disciplinary action where required 12 Define Key Result Areas (KRAs) for all roles defined across the organization in discussion with the Departmental Heads 13 Design a robust Performance Management System (PMS) in alignment with the business plan 14 Responsible for Statutory compliances, Insurance policies, Gratuity, Medical cover for the employees, etc 15 Any other work assign by the management as per requirement.
