Job Title: Key Account Manager (Lending Sales) – Chandigarh

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to manage lending sales operations, lead a team of field executives, and drive growth across the assigned region. The ideal candidate must have good communication, and a proven track record in lending/financial sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow lending business across assigned territories.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 10-12 field executives to achieve monthly targets.
• Conduct regular market visits (10–15 days/month) to monitor performance and support field teams.
• Drive execution of sales strategies and ensure adherence to process and compliance standards.
• Analyze sales data, prepare reports using advanced Excel, and share insights with leadership.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting).
• Must have lending sales experience (NBFC/Fintech/Banking preferred).
• Prior experience in managing a team of 10-12 field executives is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel 10–15 days per month outside the base city.
