Job Description ➢ Experience on telecom Industry particularly on SMSC and SMPP Platform , LINUX, ➢ Knowledge in Common Channel Signaling 7 ➢ SLA management ➢ Escalation Management ➢ Responsible for providing support for Messaging products like SMSC, Bulk Messaging Gateway, Charging Gateway, Subscription Engineassigning problems to development team if required. ➢ Responsible for Analysis, Support services, Patch deployment and Configuration and coordination with Product development team ➢ Responsible for analyzing the issue,find the root cause, do impact analysis. ➢ Workon Customer requests, Bug fix, Performance tuning requirement and design change request. ➢ Managing data file objects as well as monitoring database usage and growth ➢ Providing support to generate report on the basis of received file, for different purpose. ➢ Taking care of files from network ,maintain CDR record on server as well as Database. ➢ Collaboratewith other teams to ensure applications worksmoothly with, running on MySQL database. ➢ White-listing Of New IP and configuration at Company end. ➢ Creation of SMPP accounts and configuration Sender Id. ➢ Work on production servers ➢ Routine Cluster Management Support to Enable/Disable/Migrate Services. ➢ Responsible to ensure Network Operations & Configuration Management for VAS Services like SMSC, SMS ➢ Maintenance of Configuration and Connectivity details. ➢ Basic operation on MYSQL to fetch Data from servers. ➢ Coordination with R&D team for Product enhancement and bug fix
