Job description We are seeking a Dispatcher for the US Logistics process who should possess the ability to perform multiple tasks and coordinate multiple players and resources. The candidate should have minimum 1 year or more experience in international logistics and should be fluent in English (US Process). Job Responsibilities • Willing to work in USA Blended process (Calling+ Emails) • Candidate Should possess fluent English (US accent) • Minimum 1-year work experience or more than that in an International logistic process. • Responsible to deliver high-quality and productivity results that meet the identified targets. • Ability to handles a tough situation with the customer. • Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently. • Maintains composure and patience with customers. • Correctly follow and implement different quality standards/definition documents. Qualifications and Skills: • Minimum 1-year experience or more than that in international logistics. • Ability to multitask. • Fluent English. • Open to work in night shifts Job Type: Full-time Pay : 15,000 - 50,000/month
