Job Description

Job Role: - Assist in supervising day to day operations of admin/HR department. - Maintaining Admin related registers and documents - Budgeting and cost control measures, Monitoring Budget vis a vis variance - Front desk management - Welcoming all guests and visitor. - Housekeeping Management. - Answer all incoming calls, & redirect them accordingly. - Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to finance required for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities Processes, Documentation, Business Control checks, audits etc. - Contracts management - Vendor Management and Quotation from vendors when necessary - Active participation in the Leadership Team for Strategic Business Planning, implementation, client interaction etc. - Specialization in handling back office operations, inter-office correspondence, confidential mails, quotations, monthly billing, cheques, etc. - Cost control and ensuring timely implementation of the project. - Only Female candidates required
