Role: Phlebotomist

Experience - Vacutrainer Needle Holder minimum- 1Year exp required

Location: Nearest to your pin code

Timing: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Job Type: Part-time

📌 Salary Structure (Note – Salary is not fixed):

* ₹180 per visit

* ₹50 per additional beneficiary

* ₹100 for PPBS/repeat collections

* Performance incentive: ₹600 – ₹1,000 per month

* Test Add-On Incentive: Up to 20% extra incentives based on performance

Requirements:

Android phone with BTech & GPS Camera App

Bike/scooter & chiller box with frozen gel pack

Centrifuge for processing serum samples

Responsibilities:

Timely and hygienic sample collection

Upload vial images & ensure proper handling

Proper handling and disposal of biomedical waste is your responsibility

Dispatch samples via pickup person or courier to the nearest city

Work Schedule:

No week off on weekends (Saturday & Sunday)

One weekday off (Monday to Friday)
