Reports to: Operations Manager/ Route Manager Job Summary:
Working under the direct supervision of the Route Executive/Manager/ Operations Manager and strictly in accordance with specific practice guidelines and protocols, the post-holder will be responsible for performing venipuncture to obtain blood samples from patients/ clients at their homes.
 Location : Delhi , Meerut, Patna, Panchkula, Hapur, Firozabad, Mohali, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Chandigarh, Ajmer, Kota. 
Duties and responsibilities:
 * Greet patients and verify their identity. * Follow safety guidelines while entering the client’s premise. * Ensuring that the patient is as comfortable and relaxed as possible and confirming their agreement to the collection of a required (specimen). * Collection of sample(s)s of blood in accordance with training and procedures * Accurate, legible labelling of all samples according to confirm patient identity. * Maintain all equipment in a clean and safe manner. * Record ECG with a portable machine along with other vital readings. * Filling MER Forms for respective Insurance companies. * Ensuring samples are stored in appropriate containers & temperatures. * Explain tests to patients and answer any questions they might have. * Complete all work at client homes in accordance with guidelines & requirements. * Transport samples in a timely manner and in accordance with outlined policies and procedures. * Notifying the manager of any significant patient/ops issues. * Liaising with and assisting people of other departments. * Upsell if required. Eligibility Criteria:
 * DMLT/ BMLT * Valid Driving Licence & 2 wheeler.
