Sales Manager

We are hiring for multiple sales roles (FLSM, RM, and TSM) for Gurgaon. The role includes driving insurance product sales through direct channels and leading teams to achieve regional business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business acquisition through field sales

• Build, train, and motivate a team of sales executives (for TSM role)

• Manage customer relationships and ensure policy renewals

• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for growth

• Maintain daily sales reports and performance tracking

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate with 2–8 years of experience in insurance sales

• Strong team management and communication skills

• Proven track record of achieving business targets

• Must possess two-wheeler and valid driving license
