Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Female Sales Manager to join our team in Chandigarh. This position involves overseeing our sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and maximize sales.
• Coach, mentor, and train team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
• Monitor and analyse sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance and projections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years in team management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Chandigarh.
• Age: 30 years to 35 years between Female only
