Desired Candidate: • Should have direct sales team handling experience. • Should have excellent leadership & people management skills. • Should have a proven record of leading high aggressive and target-oriented teams. • Should have excellent communications skills and high on Emotional Quotient. • Preferable sectors: Life Insurance, Banking, Telecom, Ed-tech, or any other direct retail B2C profile. The incumbent will be responsible for setting up & managing the Sales team. Should be able to drive and execute a scalable process-driven real estate Sales ecosystem. This includes formulating & executing the overall business plan, hiring the team across levels, engaging in Business Development & product identification.
