Clear understanding of the hotels business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals. Represent Hotel in various events and exhibition. Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, trade shows, etc. Proven success in a similar role and environment with a 4/5 star Hotel. Attending all department and hotel meetings as necessary.Targeting key accounts potential for the company. Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 7 years work experience as Sales Manager or Sales Executive. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
