We are looking Project Sales Head/Team leader, For our Real Estates Company Candidate must have Good Experience in Handling Direct Sales, Channel Sales and Corporate tie-up activity for generating sales for all Residential properties projects JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- 1.) Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory. 2.) Continuous follow up with the customers and building and retaining .Client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements. 3.) Managing and training a Real Estate Sales Team for project. 4.) Monitoring and controlling the budget (marketing and other) for the project to ensure that all financial targets are met. 5.) Showcasing residential and commercial properties/projects to clients. 6.) Facilitating and closing commercial and residential sale, lease and purchase transactions and generating revenue for the company. 7.) Maintaining a Real Estate CRM and regular reporting of sales team performance. 8.) Report on sales activities to senior management. Required Candidate profile Graduate with 1 year -10 years of Real Estate sales experience particularly in MOHALI KHARAR CHANDIGARH markets. Experience in direct/project sales or secondary sales will be preferable. Having a huge network of Marketing agencies, channel partners and existing clients. Quick, hungry for Business development, sales, client acquisition and lead generation. Performance and closure oriented candidate is required as he/she will be incentive hugely on performance Having a personal mode of transport is preferable.
