Role Overview

The Senior Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing statutory compliances, maintaining accurate books of accounts, ensuring timely return filings, handling vendor/expense reconciliations, and supporting management with process improvements. The role demands strong attention to detail, adherence to timelines, and the ability to independently manage multiple accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:-

Statutory Compliance:

Timely preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 2A),TDS returns, and 15CB documentation, along with coordination with the CA for certifications.

Accounting & Bookkeeping:

Maintain accurate books of accounts, post daily entries, handle payroll accounting, and ensure proper documentation across multiple entities.

Vendor & Expense Management:

Check and reconcile vendor ledgers, verify expenses, and prepare required reports and reconciliations.

Payroll & Pay Slips:

Prepare and issue monthly payslips and ensure accuracy of payroll-related data.

Miscellaneous Tasks :-

Assist with financial projections, maintain updated records, support administrative accounting tasks, and help in client-related requirements.

Educational Qualifications

·        B.Com

·         M.Com

·        MBA (Finance) or equivalent

·        Additional certifications in GST / TDS / Accounting preferred

Experience Required

2–4 years of experience in accounting, statutory compliance, and return filing.
