Job Description
Northbay Consultants is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our immigration consulting team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, explaining immigration services, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for counselors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients interested in immigration, study abroad, work permits, PR, and visa services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide basic information about available services.
- Follow up with leads generated through advertisements, social media, and referrals.
- Schedule appointments for immigration counselors and consultants.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and counseling team for smooth client handover.
- Ensure professional communication and excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and basic English.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or immigration consultancy is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and strong convincing skills.
