Job DescriptionMahakaali X LLC is hiring Inbound Customer Support Executives for its US and Canada process. We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and English-speaking candidates who can handle inbound customer interactions professionally and deliver excellent service.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls from customers based in the US and Canada.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Follow company guidelines, processes, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required for issue resolution.
