Job Description
- ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and maintain a professional communication standard.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the counselling team.
- Maintain call logs and records in CRM.
- Follow up with interested customers and provide accurate information.
