The code must be highly maintainable and scalable. Should be aware of industry best practices and have SEO-friendly approach. Familiarising yourself with CT Solutions’ development standards and not only ensuring that you and other members of your team are conforming to the standards. Should be continuously learning and evolving in the technologies that we are using in the company. Coaching and mentoring junior members or peers to help them develop technical skills. Proactively tracking and monitoring the quality of the work produced by you as you will ultimately be accountable for your work and project’s quality standards. Ensuring that all aspects of a Project's requirements have been clearly understood during planning sessions and that all relevant questions/doubts have been answered already. Taking ownership in delivering a project end to end. Essential Skills A degree in either computer science, IT, engineering or related technical discipline. 2+ years experience in Web Development including pixel perfect website development, implementation, deployment and support. Fluent in HTML, CSS, Jquery, Javascript, Ajax. Knowledge of Wordpress theme development, plugin development, customizations is necessary. Additional knowledge of Php frameworks like Shopify, Laravel etc. would be a plus. Knowledge of building animations using CSS3, Jquery or any JS libraries. Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures, knowledge of object oriented design, and multi-threaded programming. Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills Experience with RESTful APIs Knowledge of code versioning tools like Github, bitbucket Great communication, verbal and written skills. Willingness to coach people to help them develop their technical skills.
