Job SummaryWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to assist in the planning, design, drafting, and execution of architectural projects. The candidate will work closely with Senior Architects, Project Managers, Consultants, and Site Teams to develop architectural drawings, coordinate project documentation, and support project execution.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details using AutoCAD/Revit.
• Assist in concept design development and presentation drawings.
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and Interior teams.
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and site inspections.
• Prepare working drawings and construction documents.
• Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and standards.
• Support project documentation, BOQ preparation, and material specifications.
• Participate in client meetings and design discussions.
• Monitor project progress and assist in resolving site-related issues.
• Prepare 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials when required.
• Required SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)
• Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar software
• Understanding of building construction and materials
• Knowledge of Chennai CMDA/DTCP approval procedures (preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• QualificationBachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• Freshers or up to 3 years of experience

Valid COA registration preferred but not mandatory
