Assistant Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive to join our team. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing ground-level operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of our integrated facility management services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of facility management processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate with various teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day ground-level operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task assignment.

- Supervise and coordinate the work of ground-level staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations.

- Conduct regular inspections to assess the quality of services provided and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance, housekeeping, and security, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.

- Monitor inventory levels and procurement of supplies to meet operational needs.

- Respond promptly to client inquiries and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

- Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management on operational performance and key metrics.

- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance service delivery.
