### **Job Summary**

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented **Retail Counter Sales Executive** to join our team at **Tanishq jewellery – Urapakkam**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving store footfall, building strong customer relationships, representing the Tanishq brand , and executing on support sales growth

- Interacting with customers and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

- Responsible for achieving individual sales goals

- Assisting the store manager in ensuring the store meets its sales plan

- Responsible for effective implementation of all visual merchandising standards

- Ensuring highest possible sales in jewellery and GHS schemes.

- Ensuring that diamond sales are robust.

- Working with colleagues to implement BTL activities.

- Ensuring backend work such as uploading data on CRM etc.

- Tele-calling customers to inform them of latest offers.
