Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the CRM to ensure accurate customer data
• Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and client interactions
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and other support teams
• Ensure timely lead assignment and closure tracking
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports
• Monitor sales pipeline and customer lifecycle stages
• Improve customer retention and satisfaction through CRM insights
• Ensure CRM data quality, compliance, and process adherence
• Train team members on CRM usage and best practices

Skills & Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in CRM / Customer Management
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
