Customer Relationship Officer


Key responsibilities:


  1. Contact leads provided by the company and convert them into registered customers.
  2. Explain FR8 Logistics’ services and benefits clearly to potential clients.
  3. Maintain records of customer interactions and registrations.
  4. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  5. Provide feedback to the sales team for process improvement.
