Job Description

Pick-up and Delivery: Collect packages from the assigned pick-up point (store/warehouse) and deliver them to customers within the specified timeframe.
Route Planning: Plan efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.
Package Handling: Handle all items with care to avoid damage.
Customer Interaction: Interact politely with customers and address any delivery-related queries they may have.
Proof of Delivery: Obtain customer signatures or digital confirmation to validate successful delivery.
Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow all traffic and safety regulations while driving and during delivery.
Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure that the delivery vehicle (bike/scooter) is well-maintained and report any issues.
