About the RoleImmek Softech Academy is looking for an experienced HR & Placement Officer to lead recruitment, placement coordination, employer engagement, and candidate career development activities. The ideal candidate should have expertise in talent acquisition, corporate relations, placement operations, and candidate management.

Key Responsibilities


✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment and placement activities.

✅ Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.

✅ Coordinate interviews, walk-in drives, and placement events.

✅ Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and corporate partners.

✅ Conduct candidate counseling, career guidance, and placement readiness programs.

✅ Organize mock interviews, resume-building sessions, and employability workshops.

✅ Maintain placement records, reports, and placement performance metrics.

✅ Coordinate with trainers and management to achieve placement targets.

✅ Handle employee onboarding, HR documentation, and engagement activities.

✅ Develop strategic partnerships with IT companies, MNCs, and staffing firms.
