Full job description

Responsibilities:

Following the collection process and maintaining customer payment records. Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made. resolving overdue bills and collecting payments.

Role:

• making calls to the customer and updating them on the payment overdue daily
• Follow up with the customer and make them pay on time.
• maintain records for the calls made and payments collected.
• Escalate challenges in collection with Sales and Management
• Coordinate with 3rd party collection agency in cases where needed
• To support accounts and admin department in order to make the work process is done on time

Required skills:

• Fluency in Hindi and English
• Good in MS Office & Mailing
• Time management.
• Tally ERP Knowledge would be nice to have
• Good Coordination skill.
• interested to work in numbers and data

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
