• ⭐ Key Responsibilities:Maintain office cleanliness (tables, cabins, pantry, reception) 🧹
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors ☕
• Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic office tasks
• Assist in delivering documents inside/outside office
• Keep stock of pantry items and maintain cleanliness
• Support staff in daily operational work
• Manage courier handling and delivery follow-ups

• Should be polite, responsible, and punctual
• Must know basic office etiquette
• Ability to handle tasks independently
