📢 We Are Hiring – Service Coordinator
📍 Location: Periyamet, Chennai
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
🕒 Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
🗣️ Hindi Speaking: Mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Register and coordinate service calls
✅ Respond to customer queries promptly
✅ Coordinate with Service Engineers and Customers
✅ Follow up on service approvals and feedback
✅ Ensure timely service delivery within TAT
✅ Maintain service records and system updates
✅ Coordinate with internal departments
✅ Prepare daily and weekly reports
Requirements:
✔ Hindi Communication is Mandatory
✔ Good Communication & Coordination Skills
✔ Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office)
✔ Customer Service Experience Preferred
✔ Ability to multitask and handle service operations efficiently
