Job Description
- Daily Site Supervision: Manage labor, masons, and subcontractors for RCC casting, brickwork, plastering, and finishing works.
- Drawing Interpretation: Accurately read and execute architectural, structural, and MEP working drawings on-site.
- Quality & Testing: Conduct strict quality checks on reinforcement steel binding, concrete mix ratios, and shuttering alignment; take concrete cube samples.
- Progress Tracking: Maintain daily site logs tracking labor attendance, material consumption (cement, steel, blocks), and work completed.
- Billing Assistance: Verify subcontractor measurement sheets for accurate invoice processing.
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Strong drawing reading skills; basic knowledge of AutoCAD and concrete technology.
- Core Skills: Excellent labor management and clear communication skills.
