Position: Telecaller – Loan Sales / Tele-Sales Executive
Industry: Banking & Financial Services
Job Role:
To contact customers, promote and sell loan products such as Personal Loan, Home Loan, LAP, Business Loan, BT and collect required documents for processing.
Responsibilities:
Call customers for Personal Loan, Home Loan, LAP, Business Loan etc.
Explain loan eligibility, rate of interest, documents required, and process
Generate leads through cold calling & follow-ups
Maintain lead tracker and ensure lead-to-conversion performance
Follow compliance and banking call pitch standards
** Skills Required:**
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of loan products and CIBIL process (added advantage)
