Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote services and generate leads.
• Clearly explain products and services in a persuasive and professional manner.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Schedule meetings or site visits for sales/technical teams.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Maintain call logs, feedback notes, and MIS reports.

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional phone etiquette.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
• Quick learner with a customer-focused mindset.
• Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection.

Eligibility:

• Minimum: Diploma or any Undergraduate degree.
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or lead generation is a plus.
