Job Description:*

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a telesales role and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:*

* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products/services.

* Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

* Maintain accurate records of all calls, customer interactions, and sales.

* Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

* Provide product information and handle customer objections professionally.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements:*

* Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales or a similar role.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

* Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

* Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with CRM software.

* Any UG degree preferred .
