Job Description
About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, warm, and organized woman to be the backbone of Palette Affair's day-to-day operations. You'll be the first face our clients see and the engine that keeps our studio running seamlessly behind the scenes managing everything from front-desk hosting and client coordination to accounts, payroll, and inventory.

Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Client Experience
* Welcome clients and manage the studio's front desk with warmth and professionalism
* Coordinate client appointments, bookings, and follow-ups
* Maintain the studio ambiance and ensure the front office is always presentation-ready
Accounts & Billing
* Manage day-to-day accounts — income, expenses, and petty cash
* Prepare and send invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding dues
* Maintain billing records and reconcile accounts on a daily/weekly basis
* Support monthly financial reporting and provide summaries to the director
Payroll & HR Administration
* Track employee attendance accurately (daily logs, leaves, tardiness)
* Process monthly payroll in coordination with the director
* Maintain employee records and ensure all HR paperwork is up to date
Studio & Inventory Management
* Conduct regular inventory checks for studio supplies, products, and consumables
* Place restock orders and maintain vendor relationships
* Coordinate studio logistics for shoot days, bridal bookings, and events
General Administration
* Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
* Prepare reports, trackers, and documents as needed by the director
* Assist with scheduling, coordination, and any studio-related administrative tasks
Who We're Looking For
* Female candidate (mandatory)
* 1–2 years of experience in administration, front office, or accounts (experience in a salon, studio, or lifestyle brand is a big plus)
* Excellent spoken and written English — confident, clear, and professional
* Working knowledge of Hindi and/or Tamil is a strong advantage
* Comfortable with MS Excel / Google Sheets, basic accounting entries, and standard office tools
* Someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys keeping things in order
* Warm, polished, and client-friendly — you understand that how you show up matters
