Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting office administration to ensure smooth business operations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
- Record daily financial transactions in accounting software.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Process payroll and employee reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Monitor cash flow and report financial discrepancies.
- Administrative ResponsibilitiesManage office administration and coordinate daily office activities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document filing.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Manage office supplies and procurement activities.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required.
- Maintain company records, licenses, and statutory documents.
- Support HR and management with administrative tasks.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as TallyPrime, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office applications.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, payroll processing, and statutory compliance (for India-based roles).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to handle confidential financial information.
- Multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
