Accounts Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Thousand Lights, Chennai

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year as an Accounts Executive preferred. Freshers with good accounting knowledge can also apply.

• Job Responsibilities: Handling accounting entries and bookkeeping in Tally ERP 9
• Maintaining purchase, sales, receipts, and payment records
• Basic working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance
• Reconciliation of bank statements and ledger accounts
• Preparation of monthly Profit & Loss statements
• Preparation of stock statements for bank submissions
• Coordinating effectively with internal departments and staff members
• Assisting in day-to-day accounting and financial operations
• Skills Required: Working knowledge of Tally ERP 9
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in accounting work
• Knowledge of MS Excel is an added advantage
• Eligibility B.Com / M.Com / Any Commerce Graduate
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Accounts Executive preferred
