Responsibilities of candidates include: •• Responsible for answering all customer enquiries regarding training programs, company services accurately, consistently, and with confidence. • Answering and responding to outside communications, such as phone calls emails, and web-based inquiries. This includes on-going communications, project-based communications, i.e., from training participants. • Creating timelines and work plans for each event, as directed by the Head - BD. • Responsible to maintain and update identified customer’s opportunities on support systems. • Would be a part of marketing and promotional activities of the company • Responsible to provide a high level of service and professionalism taking into account the consideration that all prospects and customers have an express requirement, and are looking for instant and immediate action. • Generation of Reports pertaining to marketing and training • Compiling & summarizing reports for providing a summary to senior management. • Adhere to the administrative processes, policies & disciplines of the organization
