Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our design and execution team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and developing architectural designs for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. The role involves close coordination with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure functional, aesthetic, and sustainable design outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop concept designs, schematic drawings, and detailed architectural drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams for integrated project delivery.
• Prepare 3D visualizations, presentations, and working drawings.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, standards, and local regulations.
• Conduct site visits to review execution, resolve design issues, and maintain design intent.
• Prepare and review BOQ, GFC drawings, and construction documentation.
• Participate in client meetings, design discussions, and approvals.
• Support the BIM and documentation team for accurate model integration.
• Ensure design deliverables are completed within timelines and budget.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in design and execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and detailing.
• Excellent communication, visualization, and coordination skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of green building concepts and BIM workflows is an added advantage.
