We are looking to hire an Associate Product Manager (APM) to support mission‑critical products with a strong focus on data‑driven execution.

 

The ideal candidate blends product fundamentals with hands‑on data proficiency and enjoys turning launches into measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑data product execution: discovery, delivery, launch, and post‑launch analysis
• Write and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlogs in Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Define success metrics and KPIs for features prior to launch
• Track and analyze post‑launch performance and outcomes
• Build, maintain, or contribute to dashboards and reports that showcase launch impact
• Partner with data engineering teams to ensure metric availability and correctness
• Communicate progress and outcomes clearly to stakeholders using data

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Analytics‑adjacent roles
• Working knowledge of core data concepts, including:
  • Tables, schemas, metrics, KPIs
  • Source → transformation → consumption flows
  • Data quality basics (completeness, accuracy, freshness)
• Hands‑on experience with SQL (basic–intermediate) or BI/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Excel)
• Experience working in Agile teams and managing work in Azure DevOps or Jira
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data‑backed insights clearly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting data‑enabled, platform, or analytics‑heavy products
• Familiarity with:
  • Dashboards and KPI reporting tied to product launches
  • Experimentation or A/B testing concepts
  • Outcome‑based product practices (OKRs, launch success metrics)
• Exposure to data tooling such as:
  • Data catalogs, lineage, or semantic layers (e.g., Atlan, Snowflake, dbt)
• Comfort acting as a translator between product, engineering, and data teams

Curiosity about AI, analytics, or automation in product workflows
