Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and skilled AutoCAD & SketchUp Designer to join our design team in Chennai. You will be responsible for translating concepts into detailed pond and landscape designs that align with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 2D plans, sections, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs using SketchUp.
• Prepare detailed designs for koi ponds, natural ponds, seating areas, hardscapes, and landscapes.
• Coordinate with site engineers and execution team for on-site implementation.
• Revise drawings as per client feedback or technical changes.
• Maintain an organized project file structure and design archive.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering plugins.
• Knowledge of pond, landscape, or waterbody design is a bonus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating previous design work.
• Willingness to work from office in Chennai.
