Role DescriptionWe are looking for a full-time Architectural Drafter to join our Chennai office. This is an on-site role responsible for creating accurate architectural and construction drawings, preparing planning documentation, and working collaboratively with architects and project teams. The drafter will ensure that design concepts are precisely translated into detailed technical drawings essential for project execution.

• Qualifications (Diploma-friendly version)Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architectural Assistantship, or a related field
• Experience or strong knowledge in preparing architectural drawings and construction drawings
• Familiarity with architectural and planning principles
• Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate technical drafts
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of BIM workflows is a plus (training can be provided)
• Prior experience in the AEC industry is an added advantage but not mandatory for the right candidate
