Role DescriptionWe are hiring a full-time BIM Modeller for our Chennai office. This is an on-site role focused on developing accurate and coordinated BIM models, producing detailed drawings, and supporting architects, engineers, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically strong, and eager to work in a fast-paced AEC delivery environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop BIM models (Architectural / Structural / MEP — based on skillset)
• Prepare detailed drawings, 3D views, and project documentation from the BIM model
• Coordinate models with other disciplines and assist in clash detection
• Maintain model accuracy, documentation standards, and revisions
• Follow project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and drafting standards
• Support project teams with model updates and data management
• Qualifications (Any Degree accepted)Any Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (architecture/civil/engineering background preferred but NOT mandatory)
• Strong working knowledge of Revit (required)
• Understanding of BIM workflows, documentation, and coordination
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/structural/MEP drawings
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate models
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar tools is an added advantage
• Prior AEC industry experience is a plus, but motivated freshers with Revit skills are welcome
