As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The day includes identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or solutions, and conducting thorough research to collect and integrate relevant information. Collaboration and critical thinking are essential to ensure that the organization s objectives are effectively supported through well-designed processes and systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
- Monitor project progress and assist in resolving any issues that may impact delivery timelines.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively gather and document requirements from diverse stakeholders.

- Experience in process modeling and workflow design to support business transformation initiatives.
- Skilled in facilitating workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and build consensus.

- This position is based at our Chennai office.
