Performance Review: Every 3–6 Months

• 💰 Salary & Benefits Structure
• Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹15,000
• Travel Allowance: ₹5,000 per month (Covers up to 2,000 km)
• Total Monthly CTC: ₹20,000
• Annual CTC: ₹2,40,000
• TDS / Tax Deduction: Approx. ₹1,000 – ₹1,200 per month
• Incentives: Provided for every client beyond 4 confirmed clients per month
• Monthly Target: Minimum 4 confirmed clients

📝 About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for on-field client acquisition, lead conversion, and maintaining strong client relationships while consistently meeting monthly sales targets.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• On-field client acquisition and regular client meetings
• Clearly explain company services and convert leads into confirmed clients
• Achieve a minimum monthly target of 4+ confirmed clients
• Handle regular follow-ups, documentation, and reporting
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and presentations
• Maintain smooth communication between clients and the internal team
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

🛠 Skills & RequirementsStrong communication skills (Mandatory)

• Good negotiation and convincing abilities
• Basic understanding of sales process
• Must own a two-wheeler with valid Driving License (DL), RC & Insurance
• Disciplined, well-behaved, and punctual
• Ability to consistently achieve monthly targets

• 12th pass
• Any degree accepted
• Backlogs / arrears do not matter
