Also, translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth.
What are we looking for? • Banking services • Business Analyst • Technical certification in AI/ML • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma • Certification in PMP • Develop transformation vision for Global Banking clients, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Also, translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth • Identify automation opportunities suitable for Gen AI / Agentic AI / RPA by conducting process walkthroughs, performing feasibility assessment, collaborate with client stakeholders on the business and technology side to finalize the transformation pipeline and steer the projects forward • Work with business scenarios with an ability to think logically and understand intricate processes such that business rules cover all process scenarios thereby improving Straight Through Processing • This role will support solutions across Banking domains; like Credit Services, Core Banking, Payment Operations, and Compliance (Know Your Customer, Anti Money Laundering). Knowledge of 1 or more domains is expected. You will be expected to be able to work with SMEs and build solution across these domains
Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) - PMI (Project Management Institute)
Roles and Responsibilities: • In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for the given area of responsibility • The person would create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors • Some latitude in decision-making is involved, and you will act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts and complete work from office
