(Saraly wil be minimum 100000 to 120000 per month)  Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information systems of EQL to include budgeting,safeguarding of assets as well as statutory compliance.  Oversee the processing ofrevenue, expenditure and department budgets, general ledger and data entry  Oversee all aspects of accounting, including cash flow planning,reporting.  Ensure SOP documents are maintained up to date.  Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financialstatements, financial reports, monthly MIS,special project/ BUanalysis and information reportsthat are used by CEO &Leadership team.  Present financial reports and analysisto the CEO& Leadership team asrequired monthly, quarterly and on ad hoc basis.  Ensure compliance with local,state and Central Govt reporting requirements on taxes, duties, statutory dues etc. This could be both historic as well as on going.  Ensure recordssystems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.  Coordinate and facilitate annual external audit working closely.  Recruit, train, develop,supervise and evaluate finance/accounting department staff.  Oversee and coordinate finance department activitiestomaximize quality and efficiency of the department.
