Roles and Responsibilities: CA 1. Ensuring PWM is adherent to all statutory compliances (GST filing, TDS Filing, IT Returns, preparation of final accounts) 2. Managing income and expense accounts of the company. Verifying monthly income collection from custodian. Reporting of monthly working capital outflow. 3. Acting as an interface between the custodian and the company. 4. Understanding thoroughly account opening procedures for various entities (Individuals, Corporates, NRIs, HUF, Trusts etc) & Assisting clients with account opening and related queries. 5. Maintaining KYC & AOF records of all clients of PWM. 6. Placing buy and sell orders for scrips to the broker & reporting to custodian as per the instruction of the principal officer. 7. Obtaining statement of accounts and other reports from custodians / AMCs as and when required. 8. Sending monthly investment summary reports to clients. 9. Collecting statement of accounts from various asset management companies. 10. Other Operation related works. Ideal Candidate Profile: 1.
