Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical aspects and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions meet the intended requirements and function seamlessly within the existing environment. The engineer actively manages the lifecycle of the software components, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes while adapting to evolving project needs and challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Ensure the applications are designed and configured to align with organizational standards and compliance requirements.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and project understanding.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and reliability through proactive troubleshooting and optimization.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration management.
- Experience in integrating SAP GRC solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks and compliance standards relevant to SAP environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within SAP GRC modules.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
