- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of software components across projects.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Experience in developing custom solutions that align with complex business processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within the SAP environment.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code enhancement strategies for SAP HANA applications.
