Hindi speaking is mandatory for this job Job Description: - Designation: - Associate customer support Banking –Voice – Hindi & English Role: - Voice process (No sales and No Target) Eligibility: - Any graduate or BE or B.tech Shift: - Rotational shift (No night shift) Hours: - 9 hours’ login (8 Hours working and 1-hour break) CTC: - RS 1,80,000 to 2,80,000 Per Annum (Varies on communication skills & Experience) Job Location: - Chennai (Tamilnadu) Mode of work: - Work from office only Job Roles & Responsibilities: 1) Answering premium customer queries via call channel. 2) Establish a relationship and trust with customers by ensuring qualitative service. 3) Passion to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and dynamic work environment.
