   Job Title : Customer Relation Specialist

Lead will be provide for candidates for revenue growth.

   Job Descriptions : Contacting Existing or potential customers to inform them about a product using scripts in order of highlighting the benefits and provide excellent customer service for the product.

   Job Responsibilities : 

      1. Acquire customers through Inbound & Outbound calls.

      2. Explain the features and benefits of the products and services to a prospect. 

      3. Follow the telecalling script to deliver the perfect pitch while talking to a prospect. 

      4. Acquire required customer information for the sales process.

      5. Maintaining the business database by entering, verifying and also backing up relevant data.

      6. Gathering and updating contact details of individuals.

      7. Addressing concerns, uncertainties and suggestions of your customers and clients on time.

      8. Connecting with prospective customers through their preferred means of communication. 

      9. Keeping a recording of every attempt to close sales.

     10. Maintaing daily call records and submitting the daily report.
